Production units abound with ideas for their development but suffer from a serious lack of technical assistance adapted to the sustainability of their projects. AgroDYL Conseil offers its expertise to projects holders in order to raise their awareness and assist them. The services proposed are :

• punctual consulting to customers;
• "turn-key" assistance from the idea to the achievement of the client's draft project.

These services must be for the clients a key tool for decision making, allowing them to give up or confirm their strategic orientation. In this context, AgroDYL Conseil mission is to assist in the setting up of farm-produce and agro-processing projects. AgroDYL Conseil consultancy is based on four specific activities :

• organizing the follow-up work in hygiene and quality in the farm-produce sector;
• assisting the setting-up of dossiers for European funding;
• piloting and monitoring project management;
• defining studies of technical feasibility;
• training sessions. Since 2004, AgroDYL Conseil has had an official identification number issued by the French administration in Guadeloupe (N°9597 01 243 97). This authorization allows us to act as an independent training organizer.
